The Real Revolution.
There is much upset in the world. No one trusts anyone else. This is true individually and collectively. Mossad spy on the CIA, the CIA spy on Mossad, both Spy on MI6 and MI6 on them. And we’re all supposed to be friends. The basic problems are that people can lie and people can be selfish.
People are not born to be selfish. This is a cultural artefact of our societies. Other societies are less selfish, more caring and in the past whole cultures were this way.
“Conspiracy theorist” is such a misnomer. The whole history of human politicking is conspiracy.It’s not theory – that is just fact. One side playing off two others or more, each faction hiding it’s hand, secret collaborations between supposed enemies. The history books are full of it.
Now we live in a highly fragmented world. The things we have in common are often suspicion of the other, fear of the other and an unwillingness to be open.
Things have to change. There has too long been an elite that rules and the rest who are ruled. And this is killing our planet, for those who rule can not make decisions that are in the best interests of all – as some of them truly believe they must, and often do not do so as they wish to maintain their class status as rulers.
The real revolution will not come from shouting on sandboxes, joining in rallies or “fighting for freedom and justice”. The real revolution will come from millions of people waking up to reality: to the fact that the elites are merely in place because we believe the lies and shroud of secrecy they pull around themselves as a cloak. Yet this realisation alone is not enough.
The heart of the real revolution lays in many individuals taking a hold of their own lives, looking deeply inside and dealing with the anger in their hearts and hatred. The real revolution is about peace. Inner peace developed through self knowledge leads to wisdom and it leads to manifesting peace around you in your immediate environment.
“We have to fight the elites”, some would say, to remove their power. We don’t have to do this. We have to be aware of our own perceptual filters and limitations and go beyond them. We have to see they are only in the position they are in because the great mass of humanity has been trained to be stupid and accept the status quo.
Individually, and collectively, as millions wake up and choose not to accept the status quo but quietly go about their business being beacons of inner peace and manifesting that as outer peace and wisdom, then life on this planet will change. Then social conditions will improve.
But you can not fight for your rights, your rights are yours – they come from natures law, not man’s laws. The only thing standing between them and their realisation is a lack of inner peace and wisdom in enough people. For any other solution to this problem leads to division and fighting. Divide and rule is one of the keystones of the way things are. The revolutionary transition to a peaceful world can not come from a game of “them and us” – that is the game the elites like to play.
We have to put down the bat and walk away, and do something useful and wise with our precious time on this earth.

D3 is a potent hormone which acts on many body systems.
70 per cent or so – more than 1 in 3 westerners do not have enough in their bodies. This is because of modern living and hence this widespread shortage of “Vitamin” D3 is causally associated with many widespread modern diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, asthma and other allergies and auto-imune diseases.
Nothing gets worse quicker than if you starve the body of Vitamin D3 and if you feed it D3 the body stays well. Of course a balanced diet and trips to your physician do not replace a simple supplement. But they can help.
Get your serum D3 measured by the doc and aim for something around the 90 level. Take supplements to keep to that. In spring start taking the sun in moderate dose so you build a healthy tan whilst never burning.
Avoid sunscreen. It does not lead to healthy habits with the sun or stop skin cancer and it does stop D3 production. So in the summer, if you do this, reduce your supplementation. Take repeat blood tests.
D3 shortage is also associated with depression, seasonal affectve disorder and schizophrenia.

Dear Politicians,
I am writing to get a few things off my mind. Some of you I know are in your jobs for genuine reasons of wishing to serve the public. Maybe the majority. However our democracy is broken and it is up to you to fix it.
Being in government or the houses of parliament does not just come with benefits and rights, it comes with responsibilities. You have lost sight of your responsibilities. The collaborative nature of the two party systems sets you apart from the rest of the population. This is unhealthy.
The collaboration between media, finance, the political elite and industrialists that has ruled since 1979 and the election of thatcher must end. The elected members of the House of Commons must take it upon themselves to finish the job of removing the feudal Lords from power. a second elected chamber must be enacted. The powers of the military, secret services and Government must be brought under full scrutiny.
Some people are suggesting fewer elected MP’s is the answer to the current issue of expenses claims that headlines daily. I suggest the opposite. We need to remove the unelected and have a second non geographic based second house. A house that represents the British population in all it’s multicultural glory.
Once you have done this it is time to stop the practice of off shore banking. Tax must be paid in measure equal to income by all who profit from activities on this territory called The United Kingdom – wherever they reside.
The Monarchy must go and the church must be seperated from state. The Queen must be forced into negotiation as to what she owns after the seperation and what goes to the nation. Much of the wealth she holds privately comes from the historic, anachronistic, feudal wealth her blood thirsty forebears accumulated over the centuries and through the rape of the world.
Stop the rot. Start to act. You won’t keep your jobs unless you start to act for the people.
Stop spying on us. We do not like it and it is bad for society. When Government does not trust the people the people will not trust the Government. You started it and you must stop it.
Stop playing global politics with weapons and words and Govern this country lightly and well. It’s a long job to get there but freedom has been fought over and lost so many times. We live at a moment when new technology and communication makes global peace, equality and freedom possible.
However, trying to design that behind the scenes with the global design set by bankers and bilderbergers is not the right way forward.

The truth is not always what it seems. It is not always pretty. Hardworking MP’s are being screwed in the media to take our minds off the global financial fraud that is being undertaken to help ensure global financial dictatorship by fewer than 300 of the worlds’ richest citizens. They think they have a right to rule us by bloodline – and with our blood, your blood and your childrens’ if needed.
Stand tall and be real. Start demanding change. End the rule of the worlds’ global elite. start at home because London is the keystone in this. Audit the city. Change the world – for the better, please. If you don’t we will do it ourselves, starting by replacing you.
