The Medical Protection Society have been reading freedomforall.net again. I do hope this, and the appearance of a Bedford Row based Law Chambers on my log, does not mean ill-advised legal action will be attempted again.

Much as it would be undoubted fun to be in court, you won’t win, and of that you can be one hundred per cent certain. How can I be so sure? I know your client won’t have told you all the relevant facts - had he done so you’d refuse to take instruction.

In the lift at University College Hospital last week I filled my briefs with shit, due to the faecal incontinence I suffer. The lift was crowded and it is always stuffy in them in any case. People looked miffed and I whistled. You get used to these things.

When a solicitor or barristers’ client fills their ‘brief’ with shit it usually comes into the light of day under cafefull cross questioning rather than falling down the leg of your pyjamas in a lift. I’d suggest carefully cross questioning your client before launching any ill-fated action.

The use of the word feck* was the problem … yeah … If you read this from a bed on a Patientline system go search google for feck* or try wikipedia.

They can all use feck* but I can not? Doesn’t make sense sorry -lame, lame, lame.

Also does not explain why one site I own got blocked as it contained a blank hosting page from my reputable webhost.

I have been in hospital for three weeks today and am sicker than when I came in. Dr Giles Bond-Smith made what I believe to be a deliberate and transparent attempt on my life through mismedication (see story below “University College Hospital”). No independent investigation has been possible, because;

He then told the Camden Metropolitan Police Force I was mad and that they did not need to come and take a statement from me. So they didn’t bother. Then I telephoned New Scotland Yard (who confirmed what he had done). The operator realised they had accepted the word of a man accused of attempted murder against his accuser and that that was wrong - she said she would ensure the police attended.

Within two hours the Camden police did show up, took a small amount of evidence, but refused to take a statement. An hour after that the Consultant turned up in his tennis shorts on a Sunday morning - the first time I had seen him in a week - and tried to talk me out of pressing charges. this was intermingled with a conversation about my healthcare needs and I think the two should not have been so mixed up.

Since then - more than a week ago - I have telephoned the Camden Police on two occassions and asked what is happening. I was told an officer would call me back. My telephone calls do not get returned.

Today the Patientline system in the hospital -  which patients can use to watch TV, browse the internet and make phone calls, started refusing me access to all the website I own including this one. That happened at some point between 12pm and 6pm. I can only assume that all these events are related:

- The suppression of my human right to health is long documented on this site and now under investigation by a number of journalists and my MP. UCH are dilly-dallying at best and denying plain facts their own staff have seen and witnessed at worst.

The suppression of my human right to justice and fair access to the law has been accomplished it seems by joint enterprise of University College Hospital and the Camden Metropolitan Police force.

The attempts at understanding my health needs appear to be half hearted at best. The neurologist I met last week told me today there is “nothing wrong with my back”. He said the physiotherapist’s report completed over three weeks and which goes into great detail about the muscle wasting - naming most of the major groups in the back of my body by name as atrophied - is “wrong”.

Now Patientline are seemingly collaborating to supress my human right to freedom of speech and expression by denying me the right to write about my life and the denial of rights my “democratic” “motherland” offers. they are doing this by blocking my website so I can not publish without walking down the road to the internet cafe.

The material on this site is only objectionable to two groups of people: The first group is those doctors who lie and cheat. The second is paedophiles.

My lawyer will be on this in the morning.

RT at untwistedvortex.com has been running a logo contest for his blog. Despute the appalling current design scene at freedomforall.net I put pixels to screen for fun. The best fun in the world for me is doing something simple for someone else.

Comment spammers are rodents that leave crumbs of their own poo in comments of blogs to try and get people to click and see what Viagra online can be bought for or whatever.

They do not succeed in getting on my site. But the same IP addresses are trying again and again, leaving the same generic advertisements. I’ll get a filter, but for now I delete them by hand. They never even get published as I moderate every comment.

So go away. You know who you are. Unless it’s robots of course. Which it probably is.

Enjoyyourburger.com, another site I “run” has been somewhat lacking love, life and gusto. i have come to the conclusion that the project would be better run by someone else as I don’t have the time or energy I would wish to give it.

Any vegetarian society etc. who would like to do something with it can drop me a line  at feedback AT freedomforall DOT net. I will happily transfer the beast to you for free. MacDonald’s or Burger King: You are welcome to write too - only it won’t be at all free for you.

I’ve been on the run - or more to the point freedomforall.net has been movong home for the second time in as many weeks. The first move was simple, the second less so, and is still ongoing. If things don’t work as you expect, I am sorry. It will all come good in the end.

Having been attacked by the British Medical Establishment in their attempt to get freedomforall.net “off the air”, I was somewhat bolstered by the support of my webhost. He linked to my site, even after I had been forced to move overseas for my hosting. He said his dad worked in medicine all his life and said doctors were a “totally closed shop” and that “whether there has been negligence or not” the doctors in my case seemed to be acting to protect themselves first and foremost.

I have done much of the work now of moving to a new host and away from Blogger as my publishing engine - something I had intended for a while in any case but which I brought forward as that was the next obvious point of attack for the self-serving hypocrits of medicine. When they took the Hyppocratic oath these people should have first said “I reserve the right to ignore everything I am about to say if it becomes neccessary to put my own selfish interests first - or those of a colleague”.

There are a few tasks left to sort out. Some old posts have yet to be moved, I need to redirect all my old archive pages to the new ones by hand coding the HTML and I need to update keywords on the new system. I also intend to hand import all the comments currently residing on the Haloscan system from the old site.

Yet first I am going to take a rest. I will do some sittiing meditation and take the advice of Shantideva in remaining like a log, come what may in the guise of impulses or desires to “get this right”. My own perfectionism - a common result of surviving an abusive childhood - is just another way of running. I need to let go.

From a speech by Rajan Madhok to the Royal College of Physicians, delivered September 2003, titled “Doctors in the new millennium: Hippocrates or Hypocrites?”:

“So, has modern medicine once hailed as the greatest benefit to mankind become a
dangerous activity? Have doctors turned bad? Become uncaring, only interested in
money, professionals? Closed ranks and started covering for each other? Forgotten
their vocation, become hypocrites pretending to be true to the Hippocratic Oath?

There is no denying that there are grains of truth in all these statements. Some
doctors have continued to use outmoded practices, have not been self-critical and
made repeated mistakes. Some have been arrogant and not respected patients’
wishes or indeed the law. Some have done things for money. There have been
cover-ups too.”

An attempt has been made to shut my mouth so I stop embarrassing those in the medical profession whose negligence has harmed me. The Medical Defence Union, representing several of the doctors concerned tried to have my host take down freedomforall. net.

For whatever reason there has been a wholesale failure to appropriately investigate my physical health issues and provide a care plan. One of the doctors concerned originally said he took the view that there was no point taking a view on my psychology but that it was obvious my physical problems had not been “fully investigated”. This was before he turned tail in the face of God only knows what kind of coercion or argument.

According to the two osteopaths who have worked most closely and recently with me this has now gotten dangerous. One says it has put my physical health and possibly even my life at risk. The other that it is medically unsafe to attempt further treatment and that my physical and psychological well being is now at risk.

Having stamped all over my human right to health, and threatened my human right to life, the doctors now want to keep me from my human right to free speech. Silence is golden? Not when, as one web host put it “Its always the web host who gets targetted as its a way of getting material removed without a judge having to look at whether the material is true or not. In other words by threatening a web host they can get material removedwhich may actually be true but which they don’t like.”

I will shut up about what has been done to me when the damage is put right, or when I pop my clogs, whichever comes first, and not before. Either way the negligence of those persons charged with caring for my physical health care - and paid by the state to do so - will come to light.

The big-hitting city law firm Allen & Overy took a good look at freedomforall.net earlier this week. I know Allen & Overy well as they often used to work for me in my former life as a merchant banker. They are very good at what they do.

Their interest in freedomforall.net is probably in relation to Dr Richard Marley, Consultant Hepatologist at The Royal London hospital, and, I guess, a client of theirs. He is one of a number of doctors who have failed in their duty of care towards me. Last July he discharged me from the Royal london after I had endured a two week ‘hotelling’ there (bed, food - attrocious as it happens, no medicine - it must have been a cheap hotel).

I shall never forget the words he used “Mr Jee your problems are too complex for us to deal with so we are discharging you”. Not “Mr Jee your problems are too complex so have organised to transfer you to a half-decent hospital”, or some other such thing that would have made sense. No, I had an outpatient appointment coming up at the RNOH in Stanmore, that would do. It was the first and only time I had met Dr Marley despite my being under his “care” at the hospital for over a week.

Knowing - as he should have done from the team of Dr Mike Glynn - that relations between the Consultant in charge of my care at the RNOH, Dr Joseph Cowan, and myself had broken down irretrievably, Dr Marley should have acted with greater care. However it seems he may have been blinded from doing so by allegiance to higher authorities or colleagues or the fact the two of his hospitals nurses had physically assaulted me creating a somewhat difficult situation.

Other than that his involvement in my case is something I can only guess at and as such I realise I have made some assertions in my recent posts that are too strong to be supportable, especially given the will and ability of doctors to back each other up at all costs (and seemingly at any cost to their patients).

I therefore appologise unreservedly to Dr Marley for any errors I have made in print. I have carefully reviewed my recent posts and edited them to ensure their factual accuracy with regards to Dr Marley’s involvement. I am quite certain there is nothing left here that Allen & Overy or their client can take exception to. If there is I am sure they will be kind enough to draw my attention to it so that I can review my editorial judgements in the light of such information.
