London Borough of Newham Face Criminal Prosecution Under The Environmental Protection Act Over “Mistake”.

Notice has been served Newham wil face prosecution in the magistrates court if they do not abate the nuisance they know the netting to be. Statutory Nuisance laws can be invoked by anyone where they are subject to an ongoing nuisance that breaks the Environmental Protection Act. As Newham are the enforcing authority here as defined by the act and can not prosecute themselves I guess it’s my public duty to bring the mayor and Burgesses of The London Borough of Newham to book for what has been done in their name.
