BBC: Bullshit, Cover-up and Carelessness.

November 1st, 2012 No comments

The BBC have been complicit in the child abuse perpetuated by Jimmy Saville and associates in many ways. This is not to say it was official corporate policy, however, unofficially, powerful people at the top covered things up to protect their powerful friends.

Saville was a regular visitor to Haut de la Garenne – the children’s home in Jersey where it was alleged many high level people from the UK mainland including politicos and etc. used to engage in their distasteful habits of abusing kids. This was and is subject to cover up.

Hollie Greig’s case has been and is subject to cover up as soon as high level politico’s were implicated.

There is cover up and there is carelessness everywhere you look in this field.

Will you allow yourself to join the dots or do you want to be careless, remain ignorant of the true situation and thus, through your own carelessness, be a part of the problem?

Don’t bullshit yourself that these incidents are isolated – they are not.

International Press Catching Up Over Vatican Paedophile Cover Ups

March 25th, 2010 No comments

Finally the press are catching up with the truth about Cardinal Ratzinger, aka Pope Rat, and the intimate relationship the Vatican had with the sexual abuse scandals, and their cover-ups, which are rocking the Catholic church:

from the New York Times:

Top Vatican officials — including the future Pope Benedict XVI — did not defrock a priest who molested as many as 200 deaf boys, even though several American bishops repeatedly warned them that failure to act on the matter could embarrass the church, according to church files newly unearthed as part of a lawsuit.

Also from the Associated Press comes a case rocking the Catholic Church in Germany:

VATICAN CITY – Germans are asking just when Pope Benedict XVI might say something about the clerical abuse scandal rocking the Catholic church in his native country.

As the scandal has intensified in recent weeks, he chose not to say anything Wednesday during his weekly public audience, an occasion when he offers greetings and issues pronouncements in nine languages.

He took advantage of St. Patrick’s Day on March 17 to send his greetings to the Irish, and expressing his regrets over a decades-old scandal in that country and announce he was signing a special letter on clerical abuse addressed to Irish faithful.

German Catholics believed he might make an allusion to them in the Irish letter, but he didn’t.

More than 300 former students in German Catholic schools and choirs have come forward since January with abuse claims. The country’s government announced Wednesday it will form an expert 40-member committee to investigate.

The allegations have come almost daily, including Wednesday, when the Munich archdiocese confirmed that another person claims to have been molested as a youth in 1998 by a priest who was previously convicted of abuse, the Rev. Peter Hullermann.

The church’s management of Hullermann’s case overlaps with the time that Benedict, then Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, served as Munich archbishop from 1977 to 1982.

Pope Ratzinger has been covering up abuse scandals for years. It was the bread and butter of his work as head of the Office for the Doctrine of the Faith under Pope JP II.

Finally some chickens are coming home to roost.

The Pope and Irish Paedophile Priests – I Smell a Rat.

February 16th, 2010 No comments

There is no honesty in Pope Rat summoning the Irish Bishops to the Vatican. There is no honesty in his attempts to put things right. Why so?

Because in 2001 Cardinal Ratzinger, as he was then, rewrote the secret doctrine that instructed Bishops on how to deal with sex scandals. He tightened the rules and made sure all such cases were dealt with directly by the Vatican.

Had he truly been interested in improving the situation he would have torn up the thirty year old document, that instructed Bishops to use secrecy, bribes and threats of excommunication to shush up scandals and thrown it into the rubbish.

He would have instructed Bishops to take all such reports directly to civilian criminal authorities.

But he didn’t.

He tightened things up, tied up the loose ends and made a big attempt to push all this under the carpet and keep it there.

Now he is wearing the biggest hat in Catholicism on his head he can not escape the complete fool he made of himself with his actions in 2001.

Those actions have made him complicit in every rape of every child perpetuated by any Roman Catholic official or priest during the last nine years – and the cover-ups, which he personally oversaw.

Too little, too late, Pope Rat.

Child Rapists and “Civil Society”.

February 13th, 2010 No comments
From The UK Column:
by Robert Green

In the October 2009 print edition of the UK Column, we reported in our article, “BBC Hides Truth of Girl’s Sexual Abuse Ordeal” the shocking ordeal of Downs Syndrome girl, Hollie Greig, who was horribly abused by an Aberdeen paedophile ring, over a period of ten years. After investigating and planning a documentary, the BBC abruptly dropped the case, despite admitting that Hollie was a reliable and accurate witness. It is important to stress that both the police and qualified medical experts have described Hollie as a competent and entirely honest witness.

…..

Recently a policeman personally told the UK Column that police had themselves experienced their own paedopile investigations suddenly being dropped by senior police officers. He added “If you want to really get to the paedophiles you should look at Westminster”. The implications of this statement are frightening – a paedophile ring amongst our political leaders – the political elite which has control of education and Social Services? The general public needs to open its eyes and confront this evil – and fast.

The fact is we are not civilised. We do not live in a Civil Society. Not when Paedophile rings rule every level of society.

Stop Child Abuse Now Rally, London, 26th September 2009.

September 26th, 2009 No comments

There really is no excuse for child abuse. No abuser has a valid reason for abusing a child. Never. Yet it happens all around us and all around the word every day. It is very unlikely you do not know someone personally affected by this – even if you do not realise it.

Today in London a few hundred people joined and marched and spoke their truth, sentances of pain and stories of recovery and poems of wonder. There is no excuse for child abuse. Never.

No Excuse For Child Abuse

How is this horror going to stop? Society has to change. That was a consensus I feel. Knowledge and wisdom have to be gathered and adult survivors must take an ownership role of the whole agenda from education to healthcare.

It was good to be out with a crowd, though I was left in a lot of pain and still am. The crowd and the speakers were inspiring and noisy. A very sweet woman and her daughter left very early after the march as the child was bored , quite understandably. I really liked this lady. She had eyes that wowed me and a smile and open face that drew me in – and instantly I knew she was someone to be trusted.

Later I met a very interesting activist Minty Challis who had a lot to say about the infamous MK-Ultra program and it’s British counterpart.

The crowd thinned as the afternoon wore on and I also left before the end as I was more than exhausted. I’m very glad I went. As a survivor of sexual abuse it was a very empowering event. Families and individuals and groups came together and made one loud voice.
